Network Configuration & Recovery
Our team handles the initial network configuration that gets you logged into your equipment, and the on-site troubleshooting that gets you back when something goes wrong. We carry laptops with serial adapters at all times, so if you are locked out of a switch, router, or firewall we can console in over a screenshare and recover the configuration with you. We also stage devices to your provided configs and validate connectivity before we leave.

Tell us the site, the task, and any diagrams or configs. We confirm scope and give you a projected cost and timeline.
2. We go on-site
We schedule around your maintenance window, including nights and weekends, and do the work to your instructions.
3. We report back
You get confirmation the work is done, with photos and notes so you have a clean record.
