Travel & site fees: rates are per technician-hour. New York sites include a $25/hour surcharge, and New York City sites add a flat two-hour travel and site-visit fee on top of the work time (a one-hour job on site is billed as three hours). New Jersey travel time is billed and varies by the datacenter's location. After-hours, overnight, and weekend work is billed at the same hourly rate, no premium.

Do you charge for travel time as well?
Yes. Travel time is billed based on the round-trip drive to the site, so the amount varies by the datacenter's location. New York City sites carry a flat two-hour travel and site-visit fee regardless of drive time (a one-hour job on site bills as three hours). We don't charge extra if we're stuck in traffic or hit delays out of your control. That's on us.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
We do not have one at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, check, credit card, or wire transfer (domestic or international).
Will you travel to service other locations of ours?
We have clients that ask us to serve sites of theirs across the United States. We are happy to explore this for you for larger projects. Just reach out.
